The design and emphasis of this class are placed in leading the children to gaining confidence and leadership in developing their own observations, judgments, and methods of expression through drawing arts.
Through the activity process, children gain confidence and understand the value brought by their own uniqueness, learn skills, and find conduits to express and balance their own emotions. When talking with children about their art works, parents get to know the inner states of the children and the unique stories each of these drawings tells.
Teacher Wang is a big fan of art. She studied Fine Art Painting in college and Computer Art in graduate school. She likes children, has had 10 years of experience in teaching art classes in elementary schools, and is also a graphic/web designer.
